- 4 (14 ounce) cans lower sodium beef broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 (15 ounce) can small white beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper, Celery & Onions, undrained
- 1/4 cup Hunt's® Tomato Sauce-No Salt Added
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup small shell pasta
- shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Combine broth, vegetables, meatballs, beans, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high; add pasta. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese, if desired.
