Easy Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 4 mangos – peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
