- 1 cup egg substitute
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 tablespoons light rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix well. Then chill for at least four hours. Serve in small cups and sprinkle ground nutmeg on top, if desired.
