- 1/4 cup O Organics™ Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons O Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 pounds flank steak, trimmed
- Avocado-Mango Salsa
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add steak; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
- Prepare grill.
- Remove steak from bag, discarding marinade. Place on grill rack, and grill 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let steak stand 5 minutes.
- Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve steak with Avocado-Mango Salsa.
