Easy Cilantro Beef with Avocado-Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 1/4 cup O Organics™ Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons O Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pounds flank steak, trimmed
  • Avocado-Mango Salsa
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add steak; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Remove steak from bag, discarding marinade. Place on grill rack, and grill 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let steak stand 5 minutes.
  4. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve steak with Avocado-Mango Salsa.
