- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook beef until brown. Stir in beans, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
