Easy Cherry Cheesecake (2 Extra Servings) Recipe

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Extra Serving Size Pie Crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat until combined. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  2. Pour into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.
  3. Serve topped with pie filling. Store in refrigerator.
