- 1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 3 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into 9-in. pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into slices to serve.
