Double Layer Chocolate Pie from Kelloggs Recipe

  • 1 KEEBLER® READY CRUST® Chocolate Pie Crust
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups cold milk
  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
  2. In a second bowl, stir pudding mix into remaining milk until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours.
