- 4 Archer Farms™ multigrain or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sliced fresh fruit (banana, pineapple, strawberries)
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms decadent dessert sauce, any flavor
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on half of one tortilla. Top cheese with 1/4 cup fruit. Fold tortilla in half, enclosing filling. Repeat.
- Melt half of the butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook, 2 quesadillas at a time, 4 to 5 minutes, turning once. Remove quesadillas to cutting board; keep warm. Add remaining butter to skillet and cook remaining quesadillas.
- Meanwhile, heat dessert sauce in microwavable dish for 10 seconds or until warm enough to pour.
- Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges and arrange on serving plates. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
