Derby Recipe 1 1/2 ounces gin 2 dashes peach bitters 3 or 4 ice cubes 2 sprigs mint Combine all ingredients, except the mint, in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprigs. Recipe of the Day|
