Delicious Sour Cream-Banana Bread Recipe

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas
  • 1 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
