- 1 (4 ounce) fillet salmon
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 banana
- 3/4 apple – peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- In a blender combine fish, strawberries, banana, apple, water and yogurt. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.
