Decadent Brownie Pie Recipe

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
  2. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with butter.
  3. In large bowl, beat chocolate mixture with sweetened condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool at least 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
