Damson jam syllabub Recipe

  • 250ml/9fl oz Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp double cream
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp damson jam
  1. Whisk the yoghurt, cream and icing sugar together.
  2. Spoon the jam into the base of a glass serving dish and top with the yoghurt mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
