- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup 1% fat milk
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 10 slices whole wheat bread
- Sugar free maple syrup (optional)
- Mix together egg substitute, milk, SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
- Dip bread slices, one at a time into the egg mixture. Place on preheated skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. If desired, serve with warmed sugar free maple syrup.
