- 1 pound potatoes – peeled, boiled and cubed
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons almonds
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Stir in the raisins, scallions, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, chutney, and curry powder. Pour over the potatoes and combine well. Serve warm.
