- 1 (10 1/2-oz) can beef consommé with gelatin
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Special equipment: 4 (4- to 6-oz) ramekins
- Accompaniment: toasts or crackers
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour through a fine sieve into a 1-quart glass measure, then pour into ramekins.
- Chill, covered, until set, about 8 hours. Serve mousse in ramekins.
