Curly Franks Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package HORMEL® Beef Franks
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans, heated
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  1. Cut crosswise diagonal slashes 1/2 inch apart and almost but not all the way through each frank. Place franks on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 5 minutes, turning frequently, until slashes open and franks curl. Place each frank on toasted bun half. Fill center of bun with hot chili. Sprinkle with cheese and green onion.
