  • 1 ounce Jose Cuervo Platino
  • 1 ounce mango puree
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces champagne
  • 1 piece mint leaf
  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Garnish with a mint leaf.
