- 3/4 cucumber
- 2 radishes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Peel, halve, and seed cucumber. Diagonally cut cucumber into thin slices and cut radishes into julienne strips. In a bowl toss together all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
