Cucumber Pea Salad Recipe

  • 1 cucumber – peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  1. Combine the cucumber, peas, and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl. Whisk the mayonnaise and milk together in a small bowl; pour the dressing over the salad. Stir to coat.
