Cube Steaks Parmesan Recipe

  • 4 (1/2 pound) Sutton & Dodge™ Cube Steaks
  • 2 Market Pantry™ Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry™ Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups Market Pantry shredded Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese Blend
  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk eggs in shallow bowl and spread bread crumbs on a plate.
  3. Dip steaks into egg, then into bread crumbs, completely coating both sides.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Cook steaks 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Top steaks with marinara and cheese, and place under broiler until sauce bubbles and cheese melts. Serve immediately.
