Cuban Shrimp Grill Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Lawry's® Havana Garlic Lime Marinade With Lime Juice
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
  • Lime wedges
  • Hot pepper sauce (optional)
  1. In large non-aluminum bowl or resealable plastic bag, pour Lawry's(R) Havana Garlic Lime Marinade With Lime Juice over shrimp; toss to coat. Cover or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator about 30 minutes.
  2. Remove shrimp from Marinade; discarding Marinade. On skewers, alternately thread shrimp and onion. Grill or broil shrimp, turning once, until shrimp turn pink. Serve with lime and hot pepper sauce and, if desired, with hot cooked rice, orzo or linguine pasta.
