- 1 1/4 cups fat-free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 2 teaspoons Melt® Organic Buttery Spread (to saute green onions and dill)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Saute green onions and drill for about 2 minutes in Melt(R). Add onions and dill to cheese, salmon, dill, and pepper; and add into first five ingredients. Pour egg mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
