Crowd Pleasing Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  • 1 (26 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), cooked and drained
  • 2 (2.8 ounce) cans French's® French Fried Onions
  1. In 3-quart shallow baking dish mix soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, vegetables and 1 can of onions.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot.
  3. Stir. Sprinkle remaining cheese and remaining onions over vegetable mixture. Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden.
