- 2 cups FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
- Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
