Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders Recipe

  • 2 cups FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders
  1. Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
