- ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (50 mL) unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) ketchup
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) cider vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 4 cups (1 L) diced skinned roasted turkey
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) finely diced red onion
- Combine mayonnaise, applesauce, ketchup, sugar, hot pepper sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add celery, turkey and onion; toss to coat.
