Creme Filling II Recipe

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons potato flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  1. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in potato flour, water and lemon juice. Chill until ready to use.
