- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Melt butter in small skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 minute or until crisp-tender. Beat next 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add onion mixture and spinach; mix just until blended.
- Spoon into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with nutmeg; cover.
- Bake 45 minute or until heated through and lightly browned, uncovering after 30 minute.
