- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Place beans in a steamer basket and steam over 2 inches of boiling water until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and salt in a medium bowl. Add the beans; toss to coat.
