- 1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained (reserve liquid) and rinsed
- 3 ounces Lucerne Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced green onions (white and pale green parts only)
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- In a food processor or blender, whirl garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup reserved liquid, cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions, 1 teaspoon horseradish, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth. Taste, and add more horseradish and salt if desired.
