Cream cheese dip with toast Recipe

  • 50g/1žoz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 30ml/1fl oz tomato passata
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the Dijon mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar and tomato passata to form a thick paste.
  2. Serve in a dish with the toast, sprinkled with the spring onions.
