- 50g/1žoz cream cheese
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 30ml/1fl oz tomato passata
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 slices bread, toasted
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the Dijon mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar and tomato passata to form a thick paste.
- Serve in a dish with the toast, sprinkled with the spring onions.
