- 200g/7oz crayfish, cooked
- Âź onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 6 Little Gem lettuce leaves
- 3 lime wedges, to garnish
- Place the crayfish, onion, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and spring onion into a pan and heat gently for 4-5 minutes.
- To serve, place the lettuce leaves onto a plate, pour over the crayfish mixture and garnish with lime wedges.
