- 6 tbsp pear concentrate
- 1 litre/1¾ pint sparkling water
- 1 litre/1¾ pint cranberry juice
- 1 medium pear, cut into 1cm/½in pieces
- sprigs of fresh mint
- Mix the pear concentrate with the sparkling water.
- Add the cranberry juice and chill well.
- Just before serving, add the chopped pear, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
