Cracker Spreads Recipe
- Mozzarella Pesto Spread
- 2 cups coarsely grated mozzarella
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto, stirred well
- 1/4 cup finely chopped, drained oil-packed dried tomatoes
- Creamy Cheddar Spread
- 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 Market Pantry ™ shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 3-Pepper Cheese Spread
- 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry ™ shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 tablespoons canned chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- For Mozzarella Pesto Spread: MIX all ingredients until combined well. SERVE at room temperature.
- For Creamy Cheddar Spread: BEAT cream cheese in a small bowl until creamy (use an electric mixer on medium). ADD milk gradually, beating until blended well; then add cheddar cheese and red pepper. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
- For 3-Pepper Cheese Spread: MIX all ingredients and cover. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
