Cracker Spreads Recipe

  • Mozzarella Pesto Spread
  • 2 cups coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto, stirred well
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped, drained oil-packed dried tomatoes
  • Creamy Cheddar Spread
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 Market Pantry ™ shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 3-Pepper Cheese Spread
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry ™ cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Market Pantry ™ shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons canned chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  1. For Mozzarella Pesto Spread: MIX all ingredients until combined well. SERVE at room temperature.
  2. For Creamy Cheddar Spread: BEAT cream cheese in a small bowl until creamy (use an electric mixer on medium). ADD milk gradually, beating until blended well; then add cheddar cheese and red pepper. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. For 3-Pepper Cheese Spread: MIX all ingredients and cover. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
