Crab Spread II Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 8 ounces imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1/4 one lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, crab meat, lemon juice and garlic salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
