Crab, Corn and Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 (25 ounce) container Signature Soups Cravin' Crab & Sweet Corn Chowder
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 ounces Lucerne cream cheese, cut into very small cubes
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Sliced baguette or tortilla chips for dipping
  1. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. In a 2 quart microwave-safe bowl, stir chowder, artichokes, Jack and cream cheeses, flour and pepper sauce until well mixed. Microwave, covered, for 7 to 9 minutes until boiling, stirring every 3 minutes, until thickened. Stir well. Serve with sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
