Crab and Pea Salad Recipe

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peas, imitation crab, bacon, mayonnaise, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
