Crab and Black Bean Nachos Recipe

  • 4 ounces Waterfront BISTRO® Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 tablespoons Safeway SELECT® Southwest Salsa “Mild”
  • 1/2 cup O Organics™ Black Beans
  • 1 cup shredded Lucerne® Pepper Jack cheese
  • 4 ounces O Organics™ Tortilla Chips
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Lucerne® Sour Cream
  1. Combine the salsa, black beans and crab meat together in a 12 inch non-stick pan.
  2. Warm the mixture over a medium temperature, until the mixture is hot.
  3. Add the Pepper Jack cheese and heat through until melted.
  4. Pour crab-cheese mixture over tortilla chips, top with a dollop of sour cream and a garnish of green onions.
  5. Enjoy immediately!
