Cornbread with Lime Honey Butter Recipe

  • 1 (14.25 ounce) package Archer Farms™ honey corn bread mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup frozen gold and white corn, thawed
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ orange blossom honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare and bake cornbread as directed on package except–stir corn into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
  2. Meanwhile, beat butter and honey until light and fluffy. Stir in lime peel. Serve butter with warm cornbread.
