- 1 (14.25 ounce) package Archer Farms™ honey corn bread mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup frozen gold and white corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ orange blossom honey
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare and bake cornbread as directed on package except–stir corn into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
- Meanwhile, beat butter and honey until light and fluffy. Stir in lime peel. Serve butter with warm cornbread.
