- 1/2 cup Becel® Buttery Taste margarine
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Mix the margarine, chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper in a bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon onto a grilled or boiled ear of corn. Or, stir 1 teaspoon into ¾ cup hot cooked corn instead.
