- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 2 dashes grenadine
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 1 teaspoon coconut cream
- Dash curaçao
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an Old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. The coconut cream makes a delicious white foam on top of the drink and adds smoothness.
