- 1 Smithfield® Peppercorn & Garlic Seasoned Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 12 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked
- Heat large skillet over high heat; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute pork with garlic until pork is browned. Add broccoli and carrots; saute until tender-crisp.
- Meanwhile, combine milk, margarine, pepper and Italian seasoning in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until blended.
- Stir cooked pasta, tomato and green onions into pork mixture. Toss with cheese sauce before serving.
