- 100g/3½oz butter, melted
- 100g/3½oz rice
- 290ml/½pt milk
- 200g/7oz coconut milk
- 50g/2oz caster sugar
- drizzle double cream
- orange segments
- Place all the ingredients into a pan over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
- Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with cream and top with orange segments to serve.
