- 5 stalks celery, leaves removed
- 1 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 leaves kale
- 5 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
- Place apples, celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce leaves, kale, parsley, lemon juice, and water in a blender or juicer; process until desired consistency is reached, adding more water as needed.
