- 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch ® cereal
- 1 cup Fiber One® cereal
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup blanched whole almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 cup banana chips
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, place both cereals, coconut, pecans, almonds, sunflower nuts, wheat germ, flax seed, salt and cinnamon; mix well. In small bowl, mix oil and condensed milk. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until well coated. Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to break up any large clumps, until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
- In large bowl, mix cereal mixture, apricots, banana chips, cranberries, cherries and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
