Cinnamon Chile Crusted Steak Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ancho Chile Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Oregano Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Chipotle Chile Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Parsley Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Coarse Grind Black Pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick
  1. Combine spices and salt in a small bowl. Spread over a large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.
  2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
