Cinnamon-Chai Baked French Toast Recipe

  • 1/3 cup butterscotch topping, heated, if necessary
  • 12 slices cinnamon swirl bread
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ milk
  • 1 cup chai tea latte concentrate (from 32-oz. carton)
  • 6 Market Pantry ™ eggs
  1. Spray 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread butterscotch topping in bottom of dish. Lay bread slices in dish.
  2. Whisk milk, chai concentrate and eggs in medium bowl until smooth. Pour mixture over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake French toast uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
  4. Pass maple syrup and butter, if you like, to make this French toast extra tasty.
