Cinnamon Bread II Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  1. Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
