- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick (6 inches)
- 4 cups fat free milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- In a medium saucepan combine the chocolate, stick cinnamon, and LACTAID(R) Fat Free Milk. Cook and whisk over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture is heated through.
- Remove saucepan from heat. Remove and discard cinnamon stick. Stir vanilla and almond extract into milk mixture. If desired, vigorously whisk mixture or blend with an immersion blender until frothy.
